Ben McCoy, PGA - Director of Golf/Member Orientation Coordinator

Born in Raleigh, NC, Ben started golfing when his father put a club in his hand before he could walk. At the age of 3 or 4, he would spend hours a day on the putting green at the Country Club of Whispering Pines, NC. Ben was raised in Roanoke, VA playing golf at Hidden Valley Country Club and graduating from Cave Spring High School. Ben's golf career started at Pinehurst where he learned his basic philosophy on teaching. He then moved to Scarsdale, NY where he spent 15 years in the Metropolitan Section.  Ben has been a PGA member and a Head Professional for over 25 years.  Ben became the Head Professional at Lemon Bay in 2010 and is now stepping up his game to Director of Golf.  His main focus will be to provide exceptional service to our membership and continue his teaching both on and off the course.  Golf is Ben's lifelong passion and love.

Yuki Fujii - Assistant Golf Professional

WELCOME AND CONGRATULATIONS!

Yuki having been born in Japan has spent most of his youth right here in Rotonda West.  He has been involved with our "A Better Shot" junior program as both a student and a teacher, and has also worked as one of our Greencaps while home from college during the summers.

Having recently graduated from Florida Atlantic University where he majored in Business Marketing, he also played on the college golf team all four of those years.  Lemon Bay is lucky to having yet another young man come home to pay if forward and work with both our membership and our community.  Yuki plans to start the PGA Apprentice Program to become a PGA Class "A" Golf Professional as he continues to be part of the Lemon Bay Family.
